750m

Lake

The 750 metre swim is an easy-to-follow route. You’ll enter the water at the boathouse end and head straight down the lake, sighting the Tower ahead. A smooth left turn takes you across the water, before another turn brings you home under the Outlaw swim arch, ready to take on the next stage.

// bike course

20km

Flat

The 20km bike course is flat, fast, and entirely traffic-free, perfect for pushing the pace or enjoying a smooth ride. With the lake always on your left, you’ll take on four scenic laps before rolling into transition, ready for the final leg.

// run course

5km

Fast

The 5km run is a single, scenic loop around the lake, just you, your legs, and the finish in sight. You’ll end in true Outlaw style: storming down the iconic orange carpet and crossing the line in front of the Grandstand, with the crowd cheering you every step.
