Athlete Information
Outlaw Holkham Weekend

4 - 5 July, 2026

Everything you need to know...

Why am I not receiving pre-race emails?

There are a few common reasons you might not be receiving our pre-race emails:

Check your spam folder: Our emails can sometimes be filtered as junk. If you find them there, mark them as "not spam" to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

Wrong email address: We send all communications to the email address used at the time of entry. Double-check that you're looking in the right inbox, as it's easy to enter with a different address than the one you use day-to-day.

Unsubscribed :If you've previously unsubscribed from our mailing list, we're unable to send you anything until you opt back in. To do this, please contact us directly with written confirmation that you'd like to be re-added.

Pre-race information is important, so if you think any of the above applies to you, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible to make sure you don't miss anything.

Can I enter on the day?

Limited on-the-day entries are available for the 10K, Gravel Sprint and Future Outlaw. Places are not guaranteed, so we strongly recommend purchasing your entry in advance. If you do plan to enter on the day, we advise arriving at registration early to avoid disappointment - or joining us on Friday evening when registration is open.

Can I transfer or defer my entry?

We're unfortunately unable to offer entry transfers to other athletes or deferrals to future events at this stage. We know this isn't always the news people want to hear, and we're grateful for your understanding. If your circumstances change, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the team.

What time does registration open?

Registration takes place on Friday 3 July and Saturday 4 July in the registration marquee at the back of the Event Village. Times vary by event:

Friday, any event: 17:00 – 18:30 (all racking is on Saturday)

Saturday:

  • Gravel Sprint: 07:00 – 08:45
  • Holkham 10K: 10:00 – 12:15
  • Outlaw Half & Aquabike: 12:30 – 17:00
  • Future Outlaw: 13:00 – 14:45

There is no registration on Sunday — all athletes must register and rack their bike on Saturday.

Where do I collect my race pack?

Race pack collection takes place at the registration marquee at the back of the Event Village on Friday and Saturday. You must collect your race pack before racking your bike in transition. Your race number will be emailed to you before the event, so make sure you know it before you arrive. You'll need to bring photo ID and your BTF Race Licence if you have one.

10K runners: Race packs are posted out in advance for entries made before 19 June. If you entered after this date, or haven't received your pack by race weekend, please visit the registration area and we'll get one sorted for you.

What time does my race start?

Race starts vary by event:

  • Gravel Sprint: 09:00 on Saturday
  • Holkham 10K: 12:30 on Saturday
  • Future Outlaw: 15:00 on Saturday
  • Outlaw Half & Aquabike: from 06:00 on Sunday (07:20 expected last starter)

Half and Aquabike athletes will be given a personal start window by email ahead of the event. Full 2026 timings will be confirmed in the race guide.

Do I need a wetsuit?

For the Outlaw Half and Aquabike, wetsuits are compulsory. For the Gravel Sprint, we follow BTF regulations, the final decision will be made by the Chief Race Official based on water and air temperature approximately one hour before race start. We strongly recommend all Gravel Sprint athletes bring a wetsuit with them, as if the race is declared wetsuit compulsory, athletes will not be permitted to race without one.

Where do I park?

The main entrance to Holkham Hall Estate is via the North Gates on Park Road. Parking can be pre-purchased and is strongly recommended as on-the-day parking is likely to cost more. Pre-book via your confirmation email from Let's Do This and click 'manage booking'.

Parking costs £13 for Half and Aquabike athletes and £6.50 for Gravel Sprint, 10K and Future Outlaw athletes. Car parks open from 06:30 on Saturday and 04:30 on Sunday. Please note there are two entrances available on Sunday morning, full details will be in the race guide.

Do I need to book a parking pass if I've booked camping?

No, if you've booked camping, parking for one car next to your tent is included. If you're bringing an additional vehicle, this can be parked in the overflow parking within the campsite, so there's no need to purchase a separate parking pass.

What rules govern the event?

All events follow British Triathlon Federation (BTF) rules. Any penalties will be displayed on the Penalty Board at the Results Base marquee in the Event Village, it is your responsibility to check this board. For full BTF rules visit britishtriathlon.org.

Do I need a BTF licence or Race Pass?

Yes, all athletes must hold either a valid BTF Race Licence or a BTF Race Pass. If you didn't provide a BTF membership number when entering, you will have purchased a Race Pass at that point. BTF check all memberships before the event and we'll contact you if there's an issue, giving you time to renew or upgrade before race day. If you have recently renewed your licence, please download a copy to your phone before arriving. Please note a BTF Race Licence or Race Pass is not required for the 10K.

Is there food and drink available at the event?

On the course, Outlaw Half and Aquabike athletes will find feed stations stocked with water, High5 energy drinks, gels and bananas at regular intervals on both the bike and run routes. Gravel Sprint and 10K athletes will also have feed stations on the run course, stocked with water only. For further details about feed stations, please view the race information guide.

After crossing the finish line, Half and Aquabike athletes will receive a post-race meal. The Event Village and Expo are open across the weekend with food and drink options available for athletes and spectators.

When are the prize ceremonies?

  • 14:00 – Holkham 10K Age Group Winners

Can spectators watch for free?

Yes, there is no fee to come and spectate at the Outlaw Holkham Weekend. Spectators will just need to pay for parking, which can be pre-purchased via the Let's Do This booking confirmation email.

Is there a race briefing and do I need to attend?

For Half and Aquabike athletes, there are three on-site briefings on Saturday afternoon at 13:00, 14:30 and 16:00, held in the Lady Elizabeth Wing. It is strongly advised that you attend one. For Gravel Sprint athletes, there will be a short briefing in transition 15 minutes before your race start time.
10K runners do not have a formal briefing. Our commentary team will invite runners to the start line based on estimated finish times, with faster runners towards the front - so listen out for your group to be called.

Can my children run down the finish line with me?

For Half and Aquabike athletes, this is one of the best moments of race day! If you'd like your children to join you on the finish carpet, simply collect a wristband for each child from registration during opening hours. Children should be accompanied by a non-racing guardian in the Friends & Family area, who should write their name and contact number on the wristband.

What happens if I need to withdraw during the race?

If you need to withdraw at any point, please let a race official or marshal know immediately and give them your race number. Please do not leave the course without informing someone, as this causes concern for your safety. Our medical team will be on-site throughout the event, if you require any assistance at any point, please approach the nearest marshal straight away.

Where can I get help on race weekend if I have a question?

The Outlaw office closes before the event on Wednesday 1 July at 16:00. After that point, we will continue to monitor tickets submitted via our website until Saturday morning, we will then be available at the Enquiries Desk in the Event Village, which is open throughout race weekend.

Full camping details will be emailed to everyone who has booked in the weeks leading up to the event. In the meantime, if you have any questions, take a look at the FAQs below, and if you can't find what you're looking for, our customer service team will be happy to help.
