// swim course

750m

Lake

The 750 metre swim is an easy-to-follow route. You'll start at the boathouse end of the lake and swim straight down towards the Tower. At the Tower, you'll make a left turn to swim across the lake, then another left to head straight back and exit under the swim arch.

// bike course

20km

Flat

The 20 kilometre bike course is flat and as fast as you want it to be – but watch out for the corners! Keeping the lake on your left, you will complete 4 laps of the lake before dismounting to head into transition.

// run course

5km

Fast

The 5 kilometre run route will test your legs on a single, scenic loop that takes you all the way around the lake. You'll finish in true Outlaw style, running down the iconic orange carpet and crossing the line in front of the Grandstand, where the crowd will be waiting to cheer you home.
