// swim course

1.2 miles

Lake

The 1.2 mile swim takes place in the stunning private lake at Holkham Estate, set against the impressive backdrop of Holkham Hall. Athletes will start in a time trial format, completing a single loop that takes them to the far end of the lake, around the island, and back to the Transition area positioned directly in front of the Hall.

// bike course

56 miles

Flat

The 56 mile bike course takes you out of the estate onto a single-lap, undulating route through some of the most beautiful countryside and coastal roads North Norfolk has to offer, including past Sandringham Estate. Best described as rolling, it isn’t flat, but there are no steep gradients to contend with. On your return, you'll climb up to the Obelisk, where you can admire the stunning views before descending into T2.

// run course

13.1 miles

Fast

The 13.1 mile run kicks off with a climb back to the Obelisk before you take on the first of three laps around the spectacular Holkham Estate. The undulating roads and tracks, the breathtaking scenery, and the incredible crowd support will drive you on as you push through the final miles. You’ll pass the finish area a couple of times before soaking up the roar of the crowd and making your triumphant sprint down the orange carpet.
