// swim course

750m

Lake

The 750m open water swim distance takes place in the stunning private lake at Holkham Estate, set against the impressive backdrop of Holkham Hall. You'll be fully supported throughout the swim, with a qualified swim safety team to ensure you feel confident and secure.

// bike course

20km

Flat

The 20km bike course takes you on a scenic journey through the estate. The undulating route takes place off-road, on the trails, farm and gravel roads within the Estate. We recommend using a gravel, cyclocross, mountain or sturdy hybrid bike. Though the course isn’t technical, getting some practice riding on various types of surfaces, including grass and gravel, would be a benefit.

// run course

5km

Fast

The 5km run takes you around the stunning farmland and grounds before soaking up the roar of the crowd as you make your triumphant sprint down the orange carpet. The run is primarily on grass trails and footpaths close to the main event area, which is ideal for spectators! We’d recommend wearing a light trail shoe or a road shoe with good grip for this route.
