Sunday Athletes: Race packs can be collected from registration between 17:00 - 19:00 on Friday 15 May or 11:00 – 17:00 on Saturday 16 May. Please note all athletes must collect their race pack and rack their bike on Saturday.
Sprint Athletes: Registration will be open from 17:00 - 19:00 on Friday 15 May or 06:00 – 12:15 for sprint athletes.

Sunday Athletes: You will need to register before racking your bike, transition will be open from 11:00 – 17:30
Sprint Athletes: You will need to register before racking your bike, transition will be open from 06:30.

Sunday Athletes: Athletes will start in a time-trial format from 06:00 on Sunday 17 May. Start times are allocated based on submitted swim time. Your ‘to the start’ time will be sent to you on pre-race emails, or you can view it on the start list here. Wetsuits will be mandatory for the swim.
Sprint Athletes: Waves will start from 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm.

Sunday Athletes:
Bike feed stations will offer pre-filled bottles with water or HIGH5 Energy Source, HIGH5 Energy Gels, Energy Gels with caffeine and bananas.
Run Feed stations will offer water, HIGH5 Energy Source, HIGH5 Zero, Cola, HIGH5 Energy Gel Aqua, Aqua Caffeine and bananas.

This depends on your membership type. If you are a BTF Core or Ultimate member, you do not need a Race Pass but we will need to see a copy of your valid race license at registration. If your membership has expired, you will need to purchase a race pass and can do this at registration. BTF essential membership does not include a race license and you will need to purchase a Race Pass or upgrade your membership.

If you purchased Refund Protection when booking, you should apply to them directly if you need to withdraw. You can find more details at Let’s Do This, our booking partner.All requests for refunds, transfers, deferrals or changes must be made by email to info@outlawtriathlon.com and received by 19 April 2026.

Spectators can access the venue throughout the race and will be directed an available car park when they arrive, the car park they are directed to will depend on what time they arrive and what is happening on site at the time. Everyone must pay for parking as the venue operate an ANPR system, this can be booked via parkpcm.co.uk using code 4455.

‘The National Water Sports Centre at Holme Pierrepont is located at Adbolton Lane, Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham, NG12 2LU.
The venue uses an ANPR system pre-purchase parking via parkpcm.co.uk using code 4455. You must pay for parking on both days, or fines will be applied. Throughout the weekend, multiple car parks will be available; please head to the what three words address: ///moral.ropes.robe where you will be directed to the next available car park from this location.’
Race Courses
Half
// swim course
1.2 miles
The 1.2 mile swim takes place in the Regatta Lake at the National Water Sports Centre with a time trial format start. The swim is easy to navigate with an out and back course which exits via a pontoon close to transition.
// bike course
56 miles
The 56 mile bike course takes you along a relatively flat route out into the rolling Nottinghamshire countryside before you return to the Water Sports Centre, past the stunning Holme Pierrepont Hall for the final leg of the race.

13.1 miles
After dismounting your bike, you'll then tackle the 13.1 mile, flat, 3-lap run course, which takes in the River Trent, White Water Rapids and Regatta Lake. You'll run past the grandstand twice before heading onto the Orange carpet to finish in front of your supporters.
Sprint

750m
The 750 metre swim is an easy-to-follow route. You'll start at the boathouse end of the lake and swim straight down towards the Tower. At the Tower, you'll make a left turn to swim across the lake, then another left to head straight back and exit under the swim arch.
// bike course
20km
The 20 kilometre bike course is flat and as fast as you want it to be – but watch out for the corners! Keeping the lake on your left, you will complete 4 laps of the lake before dismounting to head into transition.

5km
The 5 kilometre run route will test your legs on a single, scenic loop that takes you all the way around the lake. You'll finish in true Outlaw style, running down the iconic orange carpet and crossing the line in front of the Grandstand, where the crowd will be waiting to cheer you home.
