Paying in Instalments

Our booking partner Let’s Do This provide an option to pay in instalments so that you can spread the cost of your booking (you can see their terms and conditions here).  Please note that until your fee is paid in full, you will not be allowed to participate and you will not be able to access the relevant withdrawal options e.g. refunds, transfers or deferrals.

Registration

Race pack collection and racking will be on Saturday. Race packs will not be posted and there is no option to rack on Sunday. Photo ID will be required for all Race Pack Collection as well as presentation of a valid BTF licence if you did not purchase a day licence at entry.

Bikes must be stickered prior to racking and security wristbands must be worn at all times for access to Transition – including collecting your bike post race.

Start

The start format will be a mass start. Wetsuits will be mandatory for the swim.

Cut Offs

We want to support everyone to have a great race however race cut offs exist so that we can manage athlete safety, meet our commitments to the Venue, the Highways Agency and our team of volunteers and crew.

 

Below are the expected cut offs for this event; showing time of day based on a 06:00 start.  The times in brackets are the available time you have to complete each discipline based on hitting each cut off time:

Start: 06:00

Swim: 08:20 (2hr 20mins)

T1: 08:30 (10 mins)

Bike: 16:30 (8hrs)

T2: 16:40 (10 mins)

Run: 23:00 (6hrs 20mins)

Total Event Cut Off: 17hrs

There will be intermediary cut off points on the Bike & Run.

Always refer to the Final Race Information for the confirmed cut off details.

Feedstations

Bike feed stations will offer water, HIGH5 Energy Drink and HIGH5 Zero, along with HIGH5 Energy Gels and HIGH5 Energy Gel Aqua (caffeine and caffeine free). Run feed stations will also offer flat cola, oranges, bananas, jaffa cakes and salted crisps.   All feed stations have toilets (including women’s toilets with period products) and litter drops.

Withdrawals

If you change your race plans, we offer a range of options for this race. We try to be flexible and supportive, however, event costs mean that we cannot offer these options indefinitely. We believe in being transparent – an outline of the options available is below but please see the Event Terms and Conditions for full details.

 

Refund Protection is also offered when you enter through our booking partner, Let’s Do This, to protect your purchase if you become unable to race.  Refund Protection is provided by the Protect Group (please review their terms and conditions before you purchase).  If you purchase Refund Protection and need to withdraw, you should apply to them directly in the first instance.  More information about Refund Protection can be found on Let’s Do This.

 

All notifications for changes, withdrawal, transfer or deferral must be received in writing to info@outlawtriathlon.com by 19 June 2025 to qualify:
– Enter by 28 April 2025 – receive a free deferral to 2026 or transfer to another 2025 event.
– Enter after 28 April 2025 – option to transfer to another 2025 event for £30 (no option to defer).
– Change from Individual to Relay entry – £50 fee applies.
– Change from Relay to Individual entry.
– Withdraw with £180 partial refund (plus any BTF Licence or iTab purchases).

Please note that once deferred or transferred, your event entry becomes non refundable and cannot be further deferred or transferred. If moving from the Full to a Half distance event, any difference in price will be credited to your Let’s Do This account, and will be valid for 18 months from date of process.
